SB674-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB674-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: before "shall" insert "and all moneys transferred under 2015 Wisconsin Act ..... (this act), section 3 (2m)".

SB674-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 21: after that line insert:

SB674-SA1,1,7 "(2m) Universal service fund transfer. There is transferred from the universal service fund to the appropriation account under section 20.155 (3) (r) of the statutes $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2016-17.".
