SB82-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB82-SSA1-SA1,1,5 1. Page 36, line 14: delete the material beginning with "and the" and ending with "the offense" on line 17 and substitute "and the biological material is from a victim of the offense that was the subject of the criminal investigation or may reasonably be used to incriminate or exculpate any person for the offense".

SB82-SSA1-SA1,1,6 2. Page 169, line 14: delete lines 14 to 16.

SB82-SSA1-SA1,1,10 3. Page 279, line 16: delete the material beginning with "and the" and ending with "the offense" on line 19 and substitute "and the biological material is from a victim of the offense that was the subject of the criminal investigation or may reasonably be used to incriminate or exculpate any person for the offense".
