AB1-ASA1-AA19,1,7 “(6) Escrow account for environmental impacts. Any business that begins operations in an electronics and information technology manufacturing zone shall establish and fund a trust or escrow account with moneys sufficient to cover the costs of mitigating any environmental impacts of the business operation, as determined by the department of natural resources.”.
