AB294-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB294-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 19: substitute “(f)" for “ (c)".

AB294-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 14: delete lines 14 to 22.

AB294-AA1,1,4 3. Page 4, line 23: before that line insert:

AB294-AA1,1,5 “ Section 8m. 973.20 (11) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB294-AA1,1,9 973.20 (11) (f) If an inmate in a state prison or a person sentenced to a state prison has not paid, at the time of his or her death, restitution ordered under this section, the department shall assess, collect, and disburse the amount owed from the inmate's wages or other moneys.”.
