AB531-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB531-AA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 16: after “retailers" insert “who agree to pay the assessments".

AB531-AA3,1,5 2. Page 3, line 18: delete the material beginning with “The assessment" and ending with “assessment.”" on line 20 and substitute “The owner shall bill retailers who agree to pay the assessments on a monthly basis.”.

AB531-AA3,1,7 3. Page 4, line 5: delete the material beginning with “has an assessment added" and ending with “sale price" on line 6 and substitute “pays an assessment”.
