AB637-ASA3-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB637-ASA3-AA6,1,6 1. Page 10, line 11: delete the material beginning with “The commission" and ending with “completed" on line 15 and substitute “The commission shall upgrade the system to allow for the sequential numbering of absentee ballots. The municipality may not use the system to identify electors casting a ballot using the process under this subchapter until the upgrade is completed”.
