4“(b) No later than the first day of the 60th month beginning after the effective

7summarizes the work performed by the clinic established under par. (a); sets forth
8the number of clients served by the clinic, the costs of the clinic, and the amount of
9grants described under par. (a) that are awarded to the clinic; and includes any
10recommendations of the board for continuing or discontinuing the clinic.”
