SB130-SA1,1,3 2. Page 10, line 2: after “applies" insert “retroactively".

SB130-SA1,1,4 3. Page 10, line 10: after “effect" insert “retroactively".

SB130-SA1,1,6 4. Page 10, line 11: delete “Sections 13 (1) and 14 (1) of this act take effect" and substitute “Section 14 (1) of this act takes effect retroactively".
