SB15-AA4,1,4 1. Page 13, line 17: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 14, line 5, and substitute:

SB15-AA4,1,6 “(4) This section does not apply to a proposed rule that is required in order to comply with a federal law or an order from the federal government.”.
