SB411-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB411-SA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 8: delete “The department" and substitute “ (1) Except as provided in sub. (2), the department".

SB411-SA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 13: after that line insert:

SB411-SA1,1,6 “(2) The prohibition under sub. (1) does not apply with respect to apprentices whose employment is governed by a collective bargaining agreement.”.

SB411-SA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 19: after “work" insert “in accordance with ch. 145".

SB411-SA1,1,8 4. Page 4, line 1: delete lines 1 to 5.
