SB616-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB616-SA2,1,2 21. Page 1, line 2: delete “waivers" and substitute “reductions".
SB616-SA2,1,4 32. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
4page 2, line 5, and substitute:
SB616-SA2,1,5 5 Section 1g. 45.44 (3m) of the statutes is created to read:
SB616-SA2,1,106 45.44 (3m) Reduced fee for certain licenses. An applicant who is applying
7for an initial license specified under sub. (1) (a) 16. and who has received a previous
8fee waiver under the program established under sub. (2), but who is otherwise
9eligible for a fee waiver under the program, shall pay a fee for the license that is equal
10to 10 percent of the standard fee for that license.”.
SB616-SA2,1,11 113. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:
SB616-SA2,1,12 12 Section 1n. 71.78 (4) (u) of the statutes is created to read:

171.78 (4) (u) The department of safety and professional services for the purpose
2of reducing an initial credential fee under s. 440.052.
SB616-SA2,1r 3Section 1r. 440.03 (11m) (c) 4. of the statutes is amended to read:
SB616-SA2,2,84 440.03 (11m) (c) 4. For a social security number obtained under par. (a), the
5department of revenue for the purpose of requesting certifications under s. 73.0301,
6administering the initial credential fee reduction under s. 440.052,
and
7administering state taxes and the department of workforce development for the
8purpose of requesting certifications under s. 108.227.”.

13credential that is equal to 10 percent of the standard fee for that credential".
