SB744-SA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 2: after “camps" insert “and providing an exemption from
3emergency rule procedures".
SB744-SA1,1,4 42. Page 1, line 5: after “licensed" insert “in good standing".
SB744-SA1,1,7 53. Page 1, line 8: after “448.04 (1) (a)" insert “and who is not under active
6investigation by a licensing authority or law enforcement authority in any state,
7federal, or foreign jurisdiction".
SB744-SA1,1,9 84. Page 1, line 8: after “may" insert “at a recreational and educational camp
9licensed under s. 97.67 (1)".

SB744-SA1,2,17 6(1) Using the procedure under section 227.24 of the statutes, the medical
7examining board may promulgate rules establishing the form that a person shall
8submit before practicing under section 448.033 of the statues. Notwithstanding
9section 227.24 (1) (a) and (3) of the statutes, the medical examining board is not
10required to provide evidence that promulgating a rule under this subsection as an
11emergency rule is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety,
12or welfare and is not required to provide a finding of emergency for a rule
13promulgated under this subsection. Notwithstanding section 227.24 (1) (c) and (2)
14of the statutes, emergency rules promulgated under this subsection may remain in
15effect until May 1, 2019, or the date on which permanent rules take effect, whichever
16is sooner, and the effective period may not be further extended under section 227.24
17(2) of the statutes.

SB744-SA1,2,19 19(1) This act takes effect on the 60th day after the day of publication.”.
