AB639-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 13: delete “county health department" and substitute “county department of human services or county department of community programs under s. 51.42".

AB639-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 17: delete “county health department" and substitute “county department of human services or county department of community programs under s. 51.42".
