SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 896

SB896-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB896-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute:

SB896-SA1,1,3 “ Section 3m. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB896-SA1,1,9 (1) Any payment received by this state under s. 39.47 (3) in connection with students enrolled in the University of Wisconsin System for whom nonresident tuition has been waived under an agreement entered into by the Higher Educational Aids Board prior to the effective date of this subsection shall be credited to the appropriation under s. 20.285 (1) (gb), and any related reimbursement obligation shall be paid from the appropriation under s. 20.285 (1) (gb).”.
