Under current law, there are two similar appropriations that appropriate federal moneys received by the state for the purpose of reimbursing DSPS for the indirect costs incurred in the use of moneys received from the federal government. One of the appropriations is limited to the use of these federal moneys for the regulation of industry, buildings, and safety. This bill repeals this appropriation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.165 (2) (pz) of the statutes is repealed.
****Note: This Section involves a change in an appropriation that must be reflected in the revised schedule in s. 20.005, stats.
