This bill provides that before July 1, 2016, the secretary of administration may transfer to the state building trust fund, from a capital planning and building construction services appropriation account, an amount not exceeding $3,000,000 from the unencumbered balance of that appropriation account.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 9201.
Fiscal changes; Administration.
(1) Transfer to state building trust fund. Before July 1, 2016, the secretary of administration may transfer to the state building trust fund, from the appropriation account under section 20.505 (1) (kc) of the statutes, an amount not exceeding $3,000,000 from the unencumbered balance of that appropriation account.
