This bill removes several completed major highway projects from the list of projects approved by the Transportation Projects Commission for construction by DOT.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 84.013 (3) (km) of the statutes is repealed.
Section
2. 84.013 (3) (rb) of the statutes is repealed.
Section
3. 84.013 (3) (rj) of the statutes is repealed.
Section
4. 84.013 (3) (tc) of the statutes is repealed.
