appeals.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

(1) The authorized FTE positions for the court of appeals are increased by 1.0
5GPR staff attorney position on July 1, 1996, to be funded from the appropriation
6under section. 20.660 (1) (a) of the statutes.
