Current law provides a process for a school district to adopt a management
restructuring program. Under the statutory procedure, the program had to be
implemented beginning in the 1994-95 school year. This bill eliminates from the
statutes the procedure for adopting a management restructuring program.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
