AB66,1,2 1An Act to create 97.25 (5) of the statutes; relating to: sale of dairy cows that
2have been administered synthetic bovine growth hormone.

This bill requires a person selling a dairy cow that was administered synthetic
bovine growth hormone within 60 days before the day of the sale to notify the buyer
in writing, before the sale, of the last date on which the cow was administered
synthetic bovine growth hormone.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB66, s. 1 3Section 1. 97.25 (5) of the statutes is created to read:
AB66,1,74 97.25 (5) Notifying purchasers. Any person selling a dairy cow that was
5administered synthetic bovine growth hormone within 60 days before the day of the
6sale shall notify the buyer in writing, before the sale, of the last date on which the
7cow was administered synthetic bovine growth hormone.
