AR18, s. 1 3Section 1. Assembly rule 2 (5) is created to read:
AR18,1,84 Assembly Rule 2 (5) Every meeting of a party caucus which is held on a day of
5a week during which the assembly is in session, other than on Saturday, Sunday or
6a legal holiday, and which is conducted in a building owned or leased by the state
7shall be open to the public, except that a closed meeting may be held to consider or
8act on issues regarding personnel matters of the state or any unit of the state.
