Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the department of corrections (DOC) may not expand the
Green Bay correctional institution beyond the institution's walls. This bill permits
DOC to expand beyond the walls on the west and north sides of the institution.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
