SB657,1,4 An Act to repeal 227.01 (13) (yg) and (yj); to amend 227.01 (13) (yk); and to create 84.1048 of the statutes; relating to: designating and marking a bridge on STH 441 in Outagamie County as the "Fox Valley Connection Bridge" and providing an exemption from rule-making procedures.

This bill directs the department of transportation to designate and mark a cer tain bridge on STH 441 across the Fox River in Outagamie County as the "Fox Valley Connection Bridge".

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SB657, s. 1 Section 1. 84.1048 of the statutes is created to read:

SB657,1,9 84.1048 Fox Valley Connection Bridge. The department shall designate and mark, consistent with any standards that may be developed by the department for memorial highway designations, the bridge on STH 441 across the Fox River in Outagamie County as the "Fox Valley Connection Bridge".

SB657, s. 2 Section 2. 227.01 (13) (yg) and (yj) of the statutes are repealed.

SB657, s. 3 Section 3. 227.01 (13) (yk) of the statutes is amended to read:
