relating to: the operation of
2snowmobiles over open water.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, no person may operate a snowmobile at an unreasonable
speed or in a careless way that endangers a person or property of another. This bill
specifically prohibits a person from operating a snowmobile over open water except
in a sanctioned race or derby.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
