Under current law, the administrator of the division of merit recruitment and
selection in the department of employment relations is authorized to provide
personnel testing services to nonstate governmental units, such as cities, counties,
school districts and villages. This bill authorizes the administrator to provide any
personnel services to nonstate governmental units, not just testing services.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
