1. Special order scheduled. The following proposal shall be a
3special order of business on Thursday, January 22, 1998, at the time shown:

(1) At 9:31 a.m., 1997 Senate Bill 3,
relating to: issuance of metallic mining
4permits for the mining of sulfide ore bodies.

that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
