SB38,1,2 1An Act to amend 15.105 (16) (b) 1. and 15.105 (16) (c) of the statutes; relating

the composition of the land information board.

Currently, the state land information board is composed of 13 members. The
secretary of revenue or his or her designee serves as a nonvoting, advisory member.
This bill expands the membership of the board to include the secretary of
revenue or his or her designee as a voting member.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB38, s. 1 3Section 1. 15.105 (16) (b) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:
SB38,1,64 15.105 (16) (b) 1. The secretary of administration, the secretary of agriculture,
5trade and consumer protection, the secretary of natural resources, the secretary of
6revenue
and the secretary of transportation, or their designees.
SB38, s. 2 7Section 2. 15.105 (16) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB38,2,48 15.105 (16) (c) Advisory members. The state historic preservation officer, the
9secretary of revenue
and the state geologist, or their designees, a representative of

1a regional planning commission who is selected by the board, a county employe active
2in land information management who is selected by the board, and representatives
3of state and federal agencies active in land information management who are
4selected by the board, shall serve as nonvoting, advisory members of the board.
