1An Act to amend 15.105 (16) (b) 1. and 15.105 (16) (c) of the statutes;

2to: the composition of the land information board.

Currently, the state land information board is composed of 13 members. The
secretary of revenue or his or her designee serves as a nonvoting, advisory member.
This bill expands the membership of the board to include the secretary of
revenue or his or her designee as a voting member.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
