1. Adjournment. Except for the consideration of executive vetoes or
4partial vetoes, the adoption of and concurrence in this joint resolution by both houses
5and a motion to adjourn pursuant to this joint resolution adopted in each house shall
6constitute the final adjournment of the May 2000 special session of the legislature.

2. Veto review. The May 2000 special session shall reconvene upon
8a call of a majority of the members of the joint committee on legislative organization
9solely for the consideration of executive vetoes or partial vetoes.
