1An Act to repeal 121.02 (1) (L) 5. of the statutes;
relating to: foreign language
2instruction in grades 7 and 8.

Current law requires each school board to provide regular instruction in foreign
language in grades seven and eight. This bill eliminates this requirement.

enact as follows:
