4Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That, upon the adoption
5of this joint resolution by the assembly and concurrence therein by the senate, there
6is created a committee of conference on January 2002 Special Session Assembly Bill
71, constituting the governor's recommendations for correcting the imbalance
8between projected revenues and authorized expenditures, to reconcile the
9differences between the 2 houses, and to present its report on the bill to the 2 houses;
10and, be it further

11Resolved, That, notwithstanding joint rule 3 (1) (intro.), the committee of
12conference shall consist of 3 members of the majority party and one member of the
13minority party from each house.
