AB218,1,2 1An Act to repeal and recreate 15.405 (6) (a) and 15.405 (6) (b) of the statutes;
2relating to: membership of the dentistry examining board.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the dentistry examining board (board) includes six dentist
and three dental hygienist members and, on December 31, 2002, the number of
dentist members is reduced to five and the number of dental hygienist members is
reduced to one. This bill eliminates the reduction of members so that, on December
31, 2002, the board includes six dentist and three dental hygienist members.
