1An Act relating to: national guard tuition grants and making an appropriation.

This bill increases the amount in the appropriation account that funds national
guard tuition grants by $1,800,000 for fiscal year 2002-03.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

National guard tuition grants. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3)
4of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of military affairs under
5section 20.465 (2) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001, the dollar amount
6is increased by $1,800,000 for fiscal year 2002-03 for the purpose for which the
7appropriation is made.
