AJR60,1,65 Whereas, on September 11, 2001, terrorists carried out a vicious and despicable
6act of war upon the United States; and
AJR60,1,77 Whereas, the Wisconsin Legislature condemns these acts of war; and
AJR60,1,108 Whereas, the United States and all nations of the world must unite in their
9efforts to combat the threat of terrorism and bring to justice terrorists and the
10nations that harbor their activities, now, therefore, be it
AJR60,2,2 11Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That the Wisconsin
12Legislature commends the President of the United States and the members of
13Congress, especially members of the Wisconsin congressional delegation, for helping

1to unite the nation behind our common goal of ridding the world of the scourge of
2terrorism; and, be it further
AJR60,2,6 3Resolved, That the Wisconsin Legislature commends the armed forces of the
4United States and the servicemen and servicewomen, especially all the servicemen
5and servicewomen of Wisconsin, who may be called into active duty to participate in
6Operation Enduring Freedom both here and abroad; and, be it further
AJR60,2,9 7Resolved, That the assembly chief clerk shall transmit a copy of this joint
8resolution to the President of the United States and to each member of the Wisconsin
9congressional delegation.
