This joint resolution requests the legislative council to conduct a study of
terrorism and methods to counter acts of terrorism. The council is requested to
report its findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the 2003 legislature when
it convenes.

4governments, organizations, and people of this state to counter acts of terrorism. The
5council is requested to report its findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the
62003 legislature when it convenes in the manner provided under section 13.172 (2)
7of the statutes.
