This bill directs the department of transportation to designate and mark the
bridge on I 43 across the Fox River in the city of Green Bay as the "Leo Frigo
Memorial Bridge" in recognition and appreciation of the civic and philanthropic
contributions of Leo Frigo, a business leader in the Green Bay area who founded one
of the largest food pantry programs in the country.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB241, s. 1 4Section 1. 84.1033 of the statutes is created to read:
SB241,2,2 584.1033 Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge. No later than June 30, 2003, the
6department shall designate and mark the bridge on I 43 across the Fox River in the
7city of Green Bay as the "Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge" in recognition and appreciation
