1An Act to amend 15.195 (4) (e), 15.195 (4) (em), 15.195 (4) (f) and 15.195 (4) (fm)
2of the statutes;
relating to: the membership of the child abuse and neglect
3prevention board.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, there is created a child abuse and neglect prevention board
(CANPB), which consists of 16 members, including one representative to the
assembly appointed by the speaker of the assembly, one representative to the
assembly appointed by the minority leader of the assembly, one senator appointed
by the president of the senate, and one senator appointed by the minority leader of
the senate. This bill permits a representative to the assembly or senator appointed
to serve on the CANPB to select a designee to serve on the CANPB.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

11applies to persons who are designated to serve on the child abuse and neglect
