1An Act to create 20.370 (1) (Lu), 25.17 (1) (yt) and 25.297 of the statutes;
2relating to: establishing a Wisconsin outdoor wildlife heritage trust fund and
3making an appropriation.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill creates a trust fund designated as the Wisconsin outdoor wildlife
heritage trust fund. The bill provides that the fund is to consist of all gifts, grants,
or bequests or other contributions made to the fund. The moneys in the fund are
appropriated to the department of natural resources to fund programs and activities
related to fish and game regulation and the regulation of certain plants.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
