Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law the fee for filing a domestic corporation annual report is $25,
if the report is filed electronically, or $40, if the report is filed on paper. Under this
bill, the fee is $25, regardless of the format of the report.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

3180.0122 (1) (a), (m), (n), (o), (om), (x), and (y) and 183.0114 (1) (w) of the statutes first
4applies to fees that are submitted on the effective date of this subsection.
