AB156,1,2 1An Act to create 93.25 of the statutes; relating to: requiring a fee for drug
2testing of livestock at fairs and exhibitions.

This bill requires a person who operates a fair or livestock exhibition at which
drug testing of livestock is conducted to charge exhibitors a drug-testing fee. The
fee may not exceed $5 for each animal exhibited.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB156, s. 1 3Section 1. 93.25 of the statutes is created to read:
AB156,2,2 493.25 Fees for drug testing of livestock. Any person who operates a fair
5or livestock exhibition at which the person tests livestock for drugs, or requires that
6testing, shall charge a drug-testing fee to each exhibitor of a kind of livestock that
7is subject to drug testing. The fee under this section is in addition to any entry fee

1and may not exceed $5 for each animal exhibited. The revenue received from fees
2paid under this section may be used only for drug testing of livestock.
