AJR59,1,1 Relating to: discouraging the procurement of Tyson Foods products.

AJR59,1,4 Whereas, Tyson Foods has not negotiated in good faith with its employees and refuses to return to the bargaining table, resulting in the loss of wages for Wisconsin workers and their families; now, therefore, be it

AJR59,1,7 Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That the Wisconsin legislature urges the state not to procure products from Tyson Foods until the strike is resolved; and, be it further

AJR59,1,10 Resolved, That the assembly chief clerk shall provide a copy of this resolution to the governor, the secretary of administration, and UFCW Local 538 President Mike Rice.
