Section
1. Special order scheduled. The following proposal shall be a
3special order of business on Thursday, March 13, 2003, at the time shown:
(1) At 9:00 a.m. 2003 Assembly Bill 111, requiring identification in order to
vote at a polling place or obtain an absentee ballot, the fee for an
identification card issued by the Department of Transportation, and
making an appropriation.

Section
2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in
Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
