SB115,1,2 1An Act to repeal 15.197 (25) (c) of the statutes; relating to: eliminating
2termination of the Trauma Advisory Council.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS)
must, in developing and implementing a statewide trauma care system, seek the
advice of the 13-member Trauma Advisory Council that is created in DHFS. The
Trauma Advisory Council terminates on July 1, 2003.
This bill eliminates the July 1, 2003, termination of the Trauma Advisory
Council.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB115, s. 1 3Section 1. 15.197 (25) (c) of the statutes is repealed.
