to create 78.017 (2) of the statutes;
3relating to: a temporary reduction in the motor vehicle fuel tax rate.

This bill reduces the motor vehicle fuel tax rate by five cents per gallon
beginning on June 1, 2005, and ending on September 6, 2005.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
