AR12, s. 1 Section 1. Special order scheduled. The following proposals shall be
3special orders of business on Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at the times shown:
AR12,1,7 (1) At 11:01 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 208, relating to: creating rural
4enterprise development zones and providing tax incentives to qualified
5businesses in the zones, creating refundable individual income tax credits
6for income and capital gains derived from the zones, making
7appropriations, and providing a penalty.
AR12,1,9 (2) At 11:02 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 241, relating to: transfer of the business
8employees' skills training grant program to the Technical College System
9Board, granting rule-making authority, and making an appropriation.
AR12,1,11 (3) At 11:03 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 246, relating to: admission standards
10for, and the curricula of, health occupation programs offered by technical
11colleges.
