AR12,1,1 Relating to: establishing special orders of business for Tuesday, April 12, 2005.

AR12,1,2 Resolved by the assembly, That:

AR12, s. 1 Section 1. Special order scheduled. The following proposals shall be special orders of business on Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at the times shown:

AR12,1,7 (1) At 11:01 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 208, relating to: creating rural enterprise development zones and providing tax incentives to qualified businesses in the zones, creating refundable individual income tax credits for income and capital gains derived from the zones, making appropriations, and providing a penalty.

AR12,1,9 (2) At 11:02 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 241, relating to: transfer of the business employees' skills training grant program to the Technical College System Board, granting rule-making authority, and making an appropriation.

AR12,1,11 (3) At 11:03 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 246, relating to: admission standards for, and the curricula of, health occupation programs offered by technical colleges.

AR12,1,13 (4) At 11:04 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 261, relating to: use of and access to digital recordings of a child's statement in certain court and administrative proceedings.

AR12,1,14 (5) At 11:05 a.m., 2005 Assembly Joint Resolution 20, Relating to: the life and military service of Marine Corporal Brian R. Prening.

AR12,2,7 (10) At 11:10 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 277, relating to: general air pollution control permits, the term of registration air pollution control permits, the effect of a challenge to an emission limitation in an air pollution operation permit, and a report on regulatory barriers affecting manufacturing.

AR12,2,8 (11) At 11:11 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 278, relating to: liens, public nuisances, witnesses, and liability of shareholders.

AR12, s. 2 Section 2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of business established in Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
