AR37,1,2 1To create assembly rule 76 (4m); relating to: requirements for roll call votes using

This resolution requires that all roll call votes using a voting machine remain
open for five minutes or until all members other than those absent with leave have
voted, whichever occurs first, and that the time left before the roll is closed be
announced periodically.

AR37, s. 1 4Section 1. Assembly rule 76 (4m) is created to read:
AR37,1,55 Assembly Rule 76 (4m) On all roll call votes using a voting machine:
AR37,1,76 (a) The roll call shall remain open for 5 minutes or until all members other than
7those absent with leave have voted, whichever occurs first.
AR37,1,98 (b) The chief clerk or presiding officer shall announce periodically the time left
9before the roll is closed.
