1. Special order scheduled.
The following proposals shall be
3special orders of business on Tuesday, November 8, 2005, at the times shown:

(1) At 11:01 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 101, or 2005 Senate Bill 58, if it is in the
Assembly,
relating to: product liability of manufacturers, distributors,
4and sellers.
(2) At 11:02 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 203, or 2005 Senate Bill 70, if it is in the
Assembly, relating to: evidence of lay and expert witnesses.
(3) At 11:03 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 321, or 2005 Senate Bill 138, if it is in
the Assembly, relating to: voluntary and informed consent for abortions.

2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in
Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
