10medicine, and stressed wellness of mind, body, and spirit; and

Whereas, Captain Russell Seager helped veterans struggling with
12post-traumatic stress disorder at the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical
13Center in Milwaukee; and

15in Milwaukee since 2005; and

2Detachment Center (Combat Stress Control) of the Army Reserve; and

Whereas, Captain Russell Seager was described by loved ones as a healer, a

Whereas, Captain Russell Seager provided faithful and honorable service to the
6people of the state of Wisconsin and the people of the United States; and

Whereas, Captain Russell Seager is survived by his wife, Cynthia, and his son

Whereas, the people of Wisconsin mourn the death of Captain Russell Seager;
10now, therefore, be it

11Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That the legislature of
12the state of Wisconsin commends the devoted service that Army Reserve Captain
13Russell Seager gave unselfishly to his country, his state, and his community;
14expresses its sorrow at his death; and extends its deepest sympathy to his family and
15friends; and, be it further
