2Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That the joint committee
3on legislative organization and the committees on assembly organization and senate
4organization may not approve the retention of counsel by any member of the
5assembly or senate if, at any point during the representation of the member, the
6member or any other member of the assembly or senate is or would be required to
7sign any agreement or oath of confidentiality relating to the matter for which the
8counsel is retained.
