5Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That in appreciation of
6Barbara A. Bitters' accomplishments and humanitarian activities, the Wisconsin
7legislature hereby commends Barbara A. Bitters on her accomplishments and
8wishes her well in her retirement; and, be it further
