NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to Wis. Stat. s.
227.19 (2), that the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin is submitting a final draft of proposed rules,
Clearinghouse Rule 12-042 to the presiding officer of each house of the Legislature for standing committee review. The proposed rule amends Chapter
PSC 135, relating to gas safety regarding the adoption of federal pipeline safety regulations. This rule is not subject to s.
227.185, Stats.
The governor's office approved this rule on October 4, 2012.
